1. Services
SrcTeam provides web development, DevOps, AI integrations, UI/UX design, and consulting. Scope, timeline, and cost are agreed individually before work starts.
2. Pricing
Hourly rate from €12/hr, retainer from 20 hrs/month (€240), audits from €72. Project estimates are credited toward the final invoice. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and materials created for your project are transferred to you after full payment. Client projects are kept strictly confidential.
4. Confidentiality
We sign NDAs on request and never disclose client details. Projects are only mentioned in our portfolio with explicit written consent — otherwise described under code names.
5. Warranty & Liability
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after delivery. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved in Riga courts. Contact: admin[at]satahost.net.
